The customer service provided by red sky was outstanding! They were always willing to help us when we needed it, they helped solve problems quickly, answered any questions that came up during our contract period (which ended very positively). I have no complaints about their services at all- everything worked great from start to finish!! We used them as an ecommerce fulfillment provider; however, there are other providers who can do this work too so make sure you thoroughly research your options before signing anything or committing yourself. Their team has been nothing but professional throughout every step of our relationship! Great communication skills between customers/clients. Easy to understand instructions. Quick responses. Flexibility. Very helpful staff members. Always open to suggestions and changes. All aspects of product selection, order processing, shipping logistics handled smoothly. Excellent follow through after project completion. Nothing really comes negative into mind except maybe pricing could be better? There's not much room left once you've selected what products fit.
