The ability to store information about products, shipping status, tracking packages, etc. The layout makes it easy to find what you are looking for without having to navigate through tons of pages. I would have liked some more features added like tracking multiple shipments at once or being able to set up alerts when a package arrives. They were always willing to help us when we needed it, they helped solve problems quickly, answered any questions that came up during our contract period (which ended very positively). I like that it's easy to use and has options for many different items, including customization when buying online! The price point can be prohibitively expensive at times depending on what you're planning to buy. Also sometimes there are glitches where you have to wait days or weeks before getting an answer from support.
