The ability to store information about products, shipping status, tracking packages, etc. The layout makes it easy to find what you are looking for without having to navigate through tons of pages. I would have liked some more features added like tracking multiple shipments at once or being able to set up alerts when a package arrives. If your business has an account with UPS or FedEx, this service is great! We used this product to track our shipments from the time they leave the warehouse until we receive them.
