I like that it's easy to use and has options for many different items, including customization when buying online! The price point can be prohibitively expensive at times depending on what you're planning to buy. Also sometimes there are glitches where you have to wait days or weeks before getting an answer from support. Make sure you take your time researching other shipping services as this one isn't perfect either but overall their service was good. Shipping costs were high for some small items we bought online which made us reluctant to continue using them. We found another similar site that was less costly so we started using that instead which solved our problem.
