The flashlight is a lot smaller than I thought it would be but now I'm glad it fits in my pocket. In my opinion it's very good quality, well packaged, I think it's aluminum? Anyway, I was a little embarrassed that there were no instructions, not even a vague step-by-step diagram, on the box. Note: This flashlight uses one (1) AA battery, positive side down. To change the focus/radius of the beam, move the flashlight head forward (point)/backward (area). I was literally in shock at the stains on the carpet from my cat/dog. Two weeks ago I gave the whole room a thorough wash with my super old Rug Doctor (I didn't add any stain remover🤔just Tide). On top are small toys (a hippo and a seal) that my daughter left on the floor. They may look like poop, but they're not.
