Review on Magnetic Flex Heated 235x235mm Ender by Jay Williams

That's not much for PLA - PETG

As we said, this is the perfect upgrade for your Ender 3/5. That is, if you only use PLA. With PLA, your prints not only adhere well, but have a buttery-smooth surface where the print touched the bed. However, with PETG I still have to do some gluing and if I have to resort to hairspray or glue then I have to wonder why I bought this bed as it clearly says you can do it without glue. Yes I tried changing the settings and getting an almost pristine string tower (a tiny string) but it was very small and I used a raft. This was the last time my build attempts got stuck at the PEI build interface. I even tried "washing with Dawn and IPA detergent". That's when I started with the assembly tower. I'll try washing it again and see what happens, but having to wash it after every build isn't for me. Wiping his IPA before each build was a normal duty. I ordered a Wham Bam build plate so I'll see how it performs and update my review later. Again, if you only use PLA, this build plate is great. Update: It turned out that the problem was with the filament and not the build plate. After switching back to PETG from the same manufacturer as the PLA I used, PETG worked like clockwork. I didn't have any sticking issues as I allowed the build plate to cool to room temperature before attempting to remove the assembly. All builds just popped up using this method. Change the review to 5 starts because this build platform is amazing.
