That's not much for PLA - PETG

As we said, this is the perfect upgrade for your Ender 3/5. That is, if you only use PLA. With PLA, your prints not only adhere well, but have a buttery-smooth surface where the print touched the bed. However, with PETG I still have to do some gluing and if I have to resort to hairspray or glue then I have to wonder why I bought this bed as it clearly says you can do it without glue. Yes I tried changing the settings and getting an almost pristine string tower (a tiny string) but it was very…

Great addition to my printer

This polyethylene bed is a great addition to my printer. So far nothing has stuck to it that I couldn't tear off with my fingernail. No sticking problems either. The kit comes with a magnetic pad similar to the one that comes with the printer and a metal PEI platform. The flexible magnetic cushion is now on the shelf together with the standard cushion. Fiction! Ditch the glass bed and buy this one instead! Stop reading and buy it!

I bought an Ender 3 Pro and soon started having problems with the original magnetic build plate. It has never been perfectly level and even. I bought a fancy borosilicate glass bed and covered it with a PEI sheet. This gave me a perfectly flat base with amazing adhesion, but the problem was that adhesion was sometimes too good and it was difficult to remove the pieces without damaging them or the PEI sheet.
