You can do it for Eton Traveler III. Note, however, that this is not a direct replacement. I bought it and installed it on my Traveler III, which more than doubled the length of the antenna compared to the original length. What you need to do is separate both antennas (on the Eton and the spare) at the swivel (not from the radio itself but at the base of the main body of the antenna) by loosening the screw holding them together, but do so above or above a table so as not to loosen the two hinge washers. Once that is done, insert the new one between the two grommets/ears and then carefully place washers on either side between the base of the antenna and the ears of the radio. I then used a very small eyeglass screwdriver to center the washers in the screw hole. After centering, replace and fix the original radio antenna screw. This replacement definitely feels sturdier than the original and adds an almost ridiculous amount of antenna to the Traveler III. Note: When folded, it is longer and no longer snaps. the antenna lock on the back of the radio and also prevents the bag that the radio comes in from closing when the radio is in. The overall length of the antenna, closed and folded, has increased from 4 1/2 inches to 6 3/4 inches. In terms of reception, I've noticed improvements over AM and FM, but more testing needs to be done on HF and LW.
