I had one of these in a larger size and then when I moved I left it :(So when I decided I couldn't live without it I went for a JR, something like that. I just cooked for one, I like how simple and reliable it is, but I've noticed that when it's holding a large chicken weighing 5 pounds or more, it makes a pretty awkward squeaking noise that it's that takes all the guesswork out of cooking meat and it is ALWAYS so juicy and flavorful :-)
