I have had the device for almost a year and have noticed the following. decent sound. Can play music from SD, USB memory and MP3 players as well as from your phone as it is equipped with Bluetooth. The power button, volume rocker and display panel, which also bleeds from the input jacks, glow very light blue. (Why do electronics manufacturers think we need bright blue lights everywhere?) The remote only works with SD/USB, Radio and Bluetooth functions - if you plug a CD player into the RCA jacks on the back you'll just be can adjust the volume with the volume control on the device. Switching off with the remote control does not switch off the device, only the functions that it controls. When setting and adjusting the volume for SD/USB, Radio and Bluetooth, you will probably need to set the volume to medium using the rotary control on the device, after which you can use the remote control to increase or decrease the volume. However, if you switch off the device, the volume controlled by the remote control will be reset to the maximum. This may require pressing the button very quickly to lower the volume to the desired level. Which brings me to another point, which is that the buttons on the remote control get stuck quite often. Not a bad device if you can live with its weaknesses.
