I hate to say this because I generally like supporting smaller businesses, but this design is better than the Tidy Cup and costs a lot less. Because? This catches drops that can drip not only from the spout, but also from the edge of the spout. I bought a laundry detergent from Costco that had a leaking bottom cap (where the spout attaches). It caught all those drips, the Tidy Cup (which I bought earlier because I now have two cleaning supplies around the house, one hypoallergenic for me and one intensely perfumed for my active husband) didn't catch any of those leaks. It also takes up much less space than the Tidy Cup.
