I have Internet access on my unlimited data plan. The phone is said to withstand repeated falls by me and my kids. The screen is big enough. for my needs and the light is enough for me not to see any problems. The microphone works well to transcribe exactly what I'm saying. All other marketing features such as underwater use, night vision, external flashlight and virus cleaning accessories. nothing to do with making my life happier. I have no intention of talking on the phone in my car or snorkeling while filming underwater. Ignore the FAQ. Reading these messages prevented me from using the phone. This phone will automatically update to Android 10 when first turned on during setup. Use the special small metal tool included in the package to open and insert your SIM card into the 1SIM card, then insert the micro SD card into the 2SIM slot. Enjoy. Have the username and passwords you use for your apps and website login ready. Download all the apps, put in the email accounts you want and get on with your life. I had no problem downloading any of the apps that were on my other phone. UPDATE 4-1-21. Downgrade to 2 Stars MAJOR ISSUES. Can only match my phone.1. My mouth should be directly over the microphone so the interviewer can hear me. I can't just have a normal conversation with my phone next to me. I've been told that my voice is also distorted when speaking on speakerphone. 2. The phone does not tell me there is a voicemail message.3. The phone turns itself off. BUT? 4. Photo gallery does not scroll properly to view.5. Since there is no built-in headphone jack, you must use a Type-C headphone jack adapter. Unfortunately, the adapter cable is not fixed inside the slot. UPDATED 8/1/2021. Upgrade to 3 stars. Support contacted me to offer me a new phone. I happily agreed. However, when setting up a new phone, Android 10 did not automatically update on my replacement phone. Tried to figure out how to manually update using the software on their website.
