In the last few years I have purchased 2 Protege planetary bike computers and 2 additional mounts. Both computers work well and both optional mounts work properly. My original Protege' 9.0 has been working great for many years now. (I can't remember how long I've had it - maybe 6 or 7 years). The only problem was intermittent battery contact after about 1 year of use. I contacted Planet Bike. They were very nice and helpful. You, the young lady I spoke to, suggested that I should just slightly adjust the battery contact to make good contact. It worked (and still works). She said it wouldn't work, they would replace the computer - no problem. I was very pleased.
