LET THE BUYER BE ATTENTION! by Tile Games

Attention buyers! First off, I didn't purchase it from Everready First Aid, which I believe is the distributor for Bananagrams, Inc. I bought it from a seller in China hoping to save a few bucks. Never again. The game went to me for almost three weeks, which I didn't mind since I was in no hurry to receive it. So far, so good. However, when I received the package I knew straight away that they had sent the wrong game. Instead of getting Bananagrams Wild Tiles, I got regular Bananagrams. Upon examining the letter tiles, I found that they were not solid but had notches on the back. They also looked like cheap plastic. Some tiles also contained multiple letters, such as B. "Qu". The bag the game came in didn't look like the bag in the photo either. It wasn't a heavy canvas but a thin and light material and the logo didn't match the image either. There were many typos in the instructions and the instructions on the back were in Chinese. I suspect that the game I received was mainly made for people in China. A friend brought his Bananagrams game to compare and I was amazed at how different the quality is. Luckily, Revain honored their A-to-Z guarantee and credited me for my purchase. This time I'll be buying an authentic set from Bananagrams as I've noticed he's one of the sellers now. The lesson we learned is that it is not worth saving some money because the product received is not what is described on the website. If that were the case, the problems I've encountered wouldn't exist.
