Very satisfied! I use it more than any straightener I have. For my hair type I need a high heat, 450+ and that definitely fits and the steam really helps. What you actually do is take off the front and fill it with water to create steam. It doesn't swim much, but it's enough. It doesn't burn you. You can also pinch the front with your fingers and they won't get burned. It's only about 1 inch long, but you only need 1 or 2 passes for perfectly straight hair, even if it's curly. I am delighted with the quality, well made. Good price. Definitely something you'll want.
