Review on JEM Digital Work Instruction Platform by Chris Shepherd

User interface is very intuitive with a clear step by step guide for any new user. The product allows me to make sure all steps are being followed correctly before I put something back in production, preventing accidental mistakes from happening. Some of the features aren't as robust as others like some templates not working properly but this could be because we do not use them enough. There's nothing that really stands out as bad about the platform other than maybe it takes longer for things to load then desired. This has been solved now though so no worries there. We have improved our quality assurance processes significantly since implementing JEMS. It helps us keep track of what people are doing wrong and how they should complete their tasks so we can improve the overall efficiency of our plants.
