I bought this to help with my postpartu belly, I had my daughter August 11 and brought this with me to the hospital and I’m still using it now. It’s definitely helping to get my shape back to pre pregnancy and I love it! I wear it for hours and it stays in place the whole time. Looks great under clothes as well, definitely recommend 10/10
- Reduces bloating and water retention
- The waist trainer may not be suitable for those with poor posture
