Review on T-CAS by Eric Nallamothu

The ability to send automated reminders for appointments, tests etc was what I used it most often (it's also great if you need an appointment reminder). It wasn't very user friendly or intuitive so we had some issues with getting started using this system (even though there were multiple training sessions) but after that things went well. We didn't try any other products from their suite of services as our needs weren't met by these additional features. If your looking at automating patient scheduling then consider TCas.
