A few years ago I was offered a set of similar tea towels to review and fell in love with them. I hated how food got stuck in the cleaning pads and nylon cleaning balls. Bilateral sponges took a long time to dry and quickly began to smell. I went through one about every week, even with microwave cleaning. They are easy to clean and dry, hung over my sink, in minutes. And no nasty sponge lying on the counter or in the tray (which also needs a weekly cleaning). Each one lasts 6 months or more and never ever stinks. Besides, they work! They do the same job with the same ease as any other sponge or scraper I've used. For heavy work, I choose Bartender's Friend, but that's been the case with other pads as well. They replace all other sponges and cleaning pads. And since they're so thin they hang over the sink divider, they're almost invisible. Ultimately, they win unconditionally in terms of ease of use, storage, durability, appearance and cleanliness. It's not even close. Bonus, they are a bit wider than my previous sets which makes me very happy.
