Bought a few more glasses to complete my collection. I ordered a set of fermentation lids from this supplier (see link below) and wanted some small jars to try out lacto fermentation projects. Great little bottles. It is likely that some of these are also used for jellies/jams/marmalades due to their smaller size. I'll move on to larger batches of enzymes as I get the recipes and methods.
