MALFUNCTION AND DAMAGE TO OUR DOG - Garmin will not replace or refund

We have used it for two months with no problems and after about two months found that the collar stopped working or was not working properly. Then one day our dog barked and the collar shifted so abruptly that she lost her bowels, urinated all over the place and was shaking so much we had to take her to the vet. It was the scariest thing I've ever seen. When we called Garmin they said we didn't have a return window and they wouldn't replace or refund us. We're trying to get our money back from Revain. This is absolutely ILLEGAL.
