We had an old version of this collar and it wasn't rechargeable, so we decided to return it and use this newer model. He is inconsistent registering or correcting barks and the worst thing I gave him 1 star for is that we have experienced STRONG random corrections with the dog literally just laying there. My husband was also shot, he only had a collar in his hand.

TERRIBLE! DO NOT BUY. Used it on my dog and it freaked him out. The more excited he got, the more he screamed and barked. Then the intensity increased. hurt my dog Torture! Worst product ever invented. Automatic tuning shouldn't even be an option. It took about 20 minutes to undress him because he was so scared he wouldn't stop running and then bit me. He's usually the cutest, sweetest hug bug.

We have used it for two months with no problems and after about two months found that the collar stopped working or was not working properly. Then one day our dog barked and the collar shifted so abruptly that she lost her bowels, urinated all over the place and was shaking so much we had to take her to the vet.
