I have mixed feelings about this. At first everything seemed normal - my dog was barking at level 4 so I took him to level 5 and he barked and stopped several times. HOWEVER, and this is BIG, he just slept on the floor and got a wrong correction — and not just once, but multiple times. I've had this happen with other collars I've tried so it was sad to find out this one had the same problem. My trainer advised making sure it's fully charged. did this. Still gave an incorrect correction. When I checked how many fixes there were, it was over 40 and I know he didn't bark as much as I did. So now I have to buy another one with a remote control so I can control the correction. Of course it wouldn't work if I left the dog at home alone or something. So that's my next step. This incorrect correction has also happened multiple times to another dog in our house with the same brand and brand of collar. So until I figure out the remote I'm a bit at a loss.
