This fixed my CRS shrimp
The city tap water I live in is too soft. My CRS went from white to clear after I shed a few times and they stopped eating their food. I used a GH+ booster to increase the GH of tap water to 6. After a day, the shrimp started moving and eating again. Unfortunately they are still transparent, but I hope that they will become white soon.
