The platform was simple enough but had great features included like real time analytics of your KPIs which helped me get closer towards my growth goals set by myself as well have insights from data I didn't even know existed! One thing i disliked about it though were its pricing plans available - they are way too expensive than what you would pay normally if not through an employer plan (which can be easily negotiated).

It's also hard at first sight since there isn’t much documentation provided especially when compared against competitors who provide very detailed guides/training material etc.. However once we got started using this tool our sales went up tremendously along side other metrics improving overall productivity levels within one year itself without any additional training given out! We realized all sorts o hidden problems before anyone else did thus increasing trust factor among clients while working together seamlessly via Zoom meetings / phone calls whenever required during COVID pandemic lockdown.
