So far as tested. It is pretty good. On test, It will barely make it to 5ft. If you are using it at 4ft or even 4.5ft. This is awesome. Only reason I'm giving 4 star is because it barely makes 5 ft and when I tried it. The flow is just not good enough. I probably should have gotten the 660gph version for a decent 5ft lift. Using it in an aquaponics and hydroponics (bought 2). My aquaponics needed 5ft lift but I had to lower my plants due to this. My hydroponics didn't need to move which is great. They are around 4 ft.
