It was such a cute little bag to be able to bring my chinchilla back and forth to my class. When I first opened it I thought this product was great. It closed easily and was the perfect size. Upon further inspection the next day, I find that the lining is already coming out of the inside of the bag. I cannot return it as I have already given my chinchilla one of the salt blocks and I have promised my students that my chinchilla will come to school with me on Monday as I received the bag on Friday. They were so excited and I just can't let them down as they've been through enough disappointments lately. A broken liner doesn't change my ability to use it, but I'm still very frustrated that the liner wasn't seated properly.
