Of all the cheap binoculars/monoculars/scopes I've tested, this one's not bad, but it all depends on the price from you buy for. For $30 I'd say it's acceptable. I would look elsewhere for everything else. That being said, the optics are average for the price (around $30). You won't get anything outstanding, but still, it's not bad at all. Focusing is easy enough to get a good, sharp picture. The included carrying case also fits the $30 scope. Just don't make the mistake of thinking it has some sort of "night vision" capability, as many "foreign" brands like to mention.
