Just plug in and get started!
I have one of these to improve connectivity for a kid's Chromebook as wifi has been erratic and meetings have been decreasing which is key now that we are doing distance learning . Just plugged it in and there was a wired internet connection. Since then there have been no problems.

- Don't really know which is nasty about it its ok
