I drink at least two servings of this every day because I have a lot of allergies and it's difficult for me to get enough protein for all the work I do I do . As such, I find it incredibly valuable to my diet. However you have to shake it every time you go for a drink, it will completely sink to the bottom unless you mix it with something thick like milk, which sounds like it tastes gross (I have, I'm allergic to Milk, coconut milk mixed with it makes me nauseous and overall it doesn't taste very good. If you don't avoid carbs like me, you could maybe try orange juice, but that's not very tasty either.) But it does the job and so someone, who uses it medicinally to maintain my protein intake throughout all my workouts, I really can't complain. Also, unlike pea protein and soy protein, this material is actually absorbed by my body. For those who don't know, pea protein is a joke, most people don't get much protein from it at all. And soy really isn't very healthy because of estrogen. Serum is fine if it doesn't make you sick like it did me. Animal products are always better digested, but I have too many allergies to use them.
