I love that this is an all in one booking tool for my business, it integrates well into Salesforce which makes life easier when managing multiple accounts! It's very easy to use as there are many different features available through out each account (such as flight search). The pricing model can be confusing at first but once you understand how everything works together then its great value especially if used correctly - we have been able save thousands of dollars per year compared other competitors products by using best practices across our travel program including saving money from hotels/flights etc..
