This was my first time using the meater+. After a sticking it into the a 2in ribeye I put the steak on a cast iron for a few minutes per side to build a crust. Once I was happy with my sear I put the pan in the oven preheated to 300. 15 minutes later I got a notification on my iwatch that my steak should be pulled from the heat. I pulled it and let it rest until another notification telling me it was done resting. The pic speaks for itself. TRUST THE MEATER+
