Coco/Koko Rug Not as thick as it should be

Not as thick as it should be. Because coir/coir is not as dense, the entire mat flexes and buckles too much when you step on it. When stepping on, the metal rests against the sole of the shoe. I've seen these in the past where the coco/coco was much thicker and stronger, it didn't flex into the sole of the foot. My advice to the manufacturer, find an older design template that is thicker.
