Review on ☕ illy y3.2 Espresso and Coffee Machine, 12.20x3.9x10.40, Red: Versatile and Stylish Brewing Appliance by Marvin Leon

The product was not of very high quality in person as shown in the photo. The plastic looked like a child's toy. However, the real problem was that I had the same problem that many others have reported that it doesn't install with the pod. I stupidly didn't look at the reviews posted here. I also followed the setup and troubleshooting instructions carefully. I really wanted this article to work. After much trouble cleaning, drying, and safely repackaging for return, I found that the $50 Illy pods I purchased for this machine are non-returnable per Revain policy. I have no objection to Revain's Food Returns Policy. But I really feel like Illy screwed me.
