Before purchasing this product, PLEASE read the 2019 Game Golf PRO Reviews (especially) on Golf Bulletin Boards. Clubs often don't work. I delivered a label of 14 defective. - You need the latest software for these tags, but they cannot be updated. Customer support is not helpful. The tags only capture about 60% of your shots on the course, so basically you have to do EVERYTHING on your phone anyway, on every hole. The whole point of this system is that you don't have to use your phone during class. The product was released in "beta" development phase. he shouldn't have been fired. There are things you NEED to KNOW that are not in the instruction manual. Customer support is missing. They spend weeks answering emails promising to ship you new hardware and then they just don't deliver. it's just a stalling tactic to get you to leave. They try not to return the money even if they sent you faulty equipment that needs to be replaced. They are rated F by the Better Business Bureau. The reason for this is that they simply refuse to act on complaints. Based on a variety of these factors, many in the golfing community assume they are on the verge of going broke. Again, please read reviews on golf forums before purchasing this product. . I am now desperately trying to get my money back.
