Review on Wooden Puzzle Windmill Mechanical Model by Jason Hinrichs

I have no complaints about the seller so I gave it five stars. Received it quickly and was grateful as it was something I wanted to collect and give as a Christmas present. I also got this puzzle as a gift a few months ago and put it together successfully and it's VERY cute but NOT because the printed instructions were surprisingly clear. It's not like this. (Thanks to YouTube). In any case, this second time was a complete disaster. I knew how to assemble it but a few parts broke. To your (manufacturer) credit, there are SOME extra parts in case of a breakdown, but NOT ALL parts are included as "extras". This time, two VERY IMPORTANT structural parts broke during assembly*. Without her, the project is only good for the dump where it ended up EXCEPT for the cute owl face. For your information: Two important parts are marked with #C1*. Be very careful with them, but they can still break. Then you are done. LOL Tips: They include a small piece of sandpaper. The second time I assembled it, I needed it to assemble some parts properly. I'm just saying. Watch all available YouTube videos FIRST; very useful when you're just not sure how to proceed. Some parts are so fragile that repeated attempts can damage them. All instructions are illustrated and many steps may require a magnifying glass. In the meantime, I need to find a creative use for the owl's face. .
