Review on Flash Furniture Cappuccino Barstool Leather by Michelle Taylor

Let me start by saying that I almost never review a product. If you are looking for a "moderate" quality stool, this is NOT for you. The first batch of four stools were bar height, not the bar stools we clearly ordered (which Revane confirmed). So, task number one, repackage what we got out of the box and then go through the tedious process of organizing the return of four large boxes. Typical of products from China, the stools did not fit well together and one backrest was so irregularly shaped that it could not be attached to the seat. Working with Flash Furniture for the replacement was a nightmare. We had to send detailed photos, which we did, and after that it took a lot of emails and phone calls before we finally got a replacement after a month and a half. The leather on the seats and backs was crumpled on two chairs and the replacement back was really bad, but we're so sick of working with Flash furniture we just live with it. Luckily they're down in the bar where we can stay. with poor quality. Now that they're all in place we'll see how they hold up, but I'm not optimistic.
