Don't waste your money
The only positive thing I have to say is that it's delicious. Otherwise I didn't notice anything about this product. No energy boost, no increased concentration, nothing. I've bought Six Star Extreme Energy Pre Workout a few times and love it, but decided to try this one because it contains amino acids. But it was a waste of my money. I should have just stuck with the other six star pre workouts.
