Excellent product, the best among chef knives

Some rust on the surface but overall a great shredder. It came with a polished edge and only took a few minutes with a wire brush and file to get it perfect. A final coat of olive oil and you're done.

Pros

With artisanal hardening done by experienced workers and unique molding technology with different heating methods, the balance between rigidity and strength of such knives makes them more durable.
