It can become confusing to keep up with where things are once they've been shared since everything gets mixed in together. This is a great way as an admin to make sure everyone's documents are easily accessible regardless of what platform they use. We solve issues of accessibility across platforms. You can access all of team's important data through any device whether at work or home; at least within this system. I like how intuitive it is to use. It's very easy to get started with and learn quickly. The support team, in general, are always responsive and helpful. There isn't much to dislike about phiona. It does exactly as advertised and allows us to focus on our core business and not worry about managing data quality and governance. We're able to easily automate processes and eliminate manual data entry errors.
