Last year I bought other deformable jigs and most of them were 3 piece or 4 piece max. This is my first 5 panel light with a remote control. This fixture was installed in the attic in the outermost section next to the folding ladder but 25 feet from the access panel above. This light replaced the standard CFL bulb which still had a pull cord to turn it on and off. I no longer need to install a light switch as I used the included outlet and left the cord in the on position. Then I screwed in this light and used the timer remote. To use the timer, first press ON and then select a pre-programmed duration on the remote control. After this time, the light goes out. I can use the remote from the garage floor or upstairs from the front door of the house. The panels can be adjusted to illuminate part of the attic and prevent those dark shadows that used to only exist with a lightbulb.
