My recent encounter with TUCKETTS, which bills itself as a one-stop online shop for all fashion needs, left me feeling anything but. When I contacted customer support to ask about a holdup in my order, they were unhelpful and did not respond. When the package containing the clothes and shoes I had ordered eventually arrived, I was dismayed to discover that they were of low quality and did not look like the photos on their website. The yoga clothes didn't provide enough support, and the sport-specific clothes didn't fit right. My time spent with TUCKETTS as a whole was disappointing. Given the company's poor quality control and customer service, I would not suggest them to anyone looking for reasonably priced but fashionable clothing online.
