Bought this timer for use throughout the work day. Basically I wanted to be able to set a timer for 15-30 minutes and just focus on one task until the timer went off. I liked that it was quite whimsical. For example, he has a total ass, which my four-year-old and I think is funny. KEY WARNING: It tick-tick-tick-tick-tick the entire time of the countdown. I like it, it's like a metronome, but if the continuous ticking annoys you, don't buy it. The ticking continues for a while after the timer has expired. Something strange. Turning the dial is a little tricky, largely due to the design of the timer itself. It's not a problem for me, but I would have problems if I bought this for my child because she can't turn it. Also, as I write this, I only picked up the timer and the underside of his little foot. fell off and no longer fits. Again, it doesn't matter to me as it still serves its purpose, but definitely not the best option if the product is literally falling apart. In general, despite its obvious flaws, I like it for the price.
