For the most part I have had no issues with the quality of this component. I wish the spout was attached to a glass container as finding a balance of tightness so there aren't leaks and the glass doesn't break is a little daunting. But the worst thing about this product is the lid. I highly doubt the lids on these products are made of stainless steel as advertised. The spout may be stainless steel as that part is good, but the lid has rusted from weeks of use and is easily deformed in your hands. If this product cost $10 or less I'd be more comfortable with it, but at that price I'd give up and try to find a similar drink dispenser that didn't cut corners.
