When I first put these in my shoes, it seemed like they were WAY too high for my fallen arches. However, after a 35 minute walk, they fit and support my long, picky feet very well, and I had not foot paint he next day. This is really exciting because the one drawback to starting my new fitness routine has been the foot pain. These arch supports do the trick so I don't have to wear super heavy shoes with massive amounts of support, and they don't over correct.
