In a nutshell - Eniston gives a good overview of how I can structure my knowledge base. It is really easy to use and has got a great tool bar. The navigation is not the easiest to use and I often find myself getting lost. The support is also a bit slow to respond and it can take some time for them to understand your problem. Try it out - it is great for knowledge management. I mainly use it for internal knowledge base, but there are use cases for it on corporate websites. The best thing about this tool is that it has been well designed as per my requirements so I liked everything in this product very much. Nothing was disliked by me at all from this app. This will be helpful if you are searching for an application which helps you manage various types of information related with different topics like customer support, FAQs etc. It can also help us write blogs and articles when needed.
