Works as well as plastic washcloths

Replacing the heads is a bit tricky but doable, and the complexity means they're pretty strong. They aren't as stiff as regular plastic scrubbers but that won't stop me from buying again. I was concerned that the bamboo head and handle would expand like wood in water, but haven't had any issues with it so far. I am very happy that I found a sustainable alternative to plastic scrubbers!
