Review on ZLKSKER Stainless Calipers: Accurate Parallel Crossed Measurements by Gunaraj Callaham

Before I came across this on Revain, I didn't know such a thing existed. Now I use it quite a bit. This caliper makes it easy to measure a distance and then mark that distance on the workpiece. I've used my digital caliper on aluminum or plastic for this, but the digital caliper tip is difficult to scratch and just too soft for harder materials. As other reviewers have pointed out, the inch side of the vernier on this unit is calibrated to 1/128th of an inch, which is not perfect. It must be specified in thousandths of an inch. But measuring in millimeters and converting to thousandths is easy. Of course, if you want to measure or set a distance, you need to know how to read a vernier, but it's not difficult to learn.
