It took me about a week to figure out the best way to minimize water splashes (hold it at an angle so as little water drips onto its sides as possible). Battery Life - I've had to charge it once since I bought it (about 3 weeks from the first charge with daily use). However, yesterday it decided to live its own life - on and not off (good thing I drain the water box and disassemble it after each use). I was able to turn it off, but it came back on. A few bars later he finally switched off. Now he doesn't want to turn it on anymore. I thought maybe it needs to be recharged but it refuses to turn on. Before each use, I try to make sure the charging port cover is secure, so I'm not sure what's causing the problem.
