I've only used this a few times, but so far it's worked great for making frostings for my dessert projects and has worked well for gluing baked clay toppings to wet clay. I've tried it as a softener/thinner for dry or very hard clay and I'm not 100% sure it really helps much, but it's a liquid clay, not a clay softener, so I can't turn it down. It came well packaged so nothing leaked. Overall I am very happy with my purchase
